PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
All Berth holders are required to carry valid hull and liability insurance.
The Owner of each vessel must sign a Berthing License Agreement on or before arrival agreeing to abide by marina rules.
Berth holders must act in a manner that does not negatively impact other users.
A 25% Deposit is required to reserve a Berth.
Full Payment must be made before Arrival.
A valid credit card must be placed on file.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the 4 steps to complete my reservation?
STEP 1 - Complete the reservation request form online.
STEP 2 - Pending availability, Caroline Bay Marina will review and approve your reservation request and send an email with instructions on how to make a deposit
STEP 3 - Send us a deposit or full payment by credit card, bank transfer or wire transfer.
STEP 4 - Upon receipt of deposit or full payment, we will email you a Berth License Agreement for your review and signature.
How is my rate calculated?
The rate is calculated based on LOA (Length Over All) in feet multiplied by the number of days multiplied by the going rate (going rate is determined by the length of stay).
What services does Caroline Bay Marina provide?
Water (included)
Black water pump-out (limited stations) may require movement to pumping station
Wifi and wired telecommunications
Trash disposal
Electricity (varying power voltages and wattage) 110v – 125v - 208 v (3 phase) - 480 v (3 phase) (extra fee may vary: metered, calculated weekly) - vessel generators may be run when necessary
Concierge Services (small fee for some arrangements)
What should I do once I have sent my deposit?
Once your transfer has been sent successfully, please send an email to manager@carolinebaymarina.com with an image (JPG or PDF) of your confirmation document that displays your confirmation number so that we can track your incoming payment.
When is your deposit and/or final payment due?
A 25% deposit is required to complete your reservation
The full balance is required prior to Arrival at the marina
What if I’m making this reservation within 30 days or less of my expected arrival?
If you are making a reservation within 30 days or less of your expected arrival date, 100% of total cost must be paid to complete your reservation.
What is Caroline Bay Marina’s cancellation policy?
If a booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to expected arrival, 50% of the initial 25% deposit will be refunded.
If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to expected arrival, no refund will be made.
As per the contract commencement date, no refunds will be applied.
